Myspareparts.ng always seeks to sell quality items at the very best price. These items are of the best standards at every class identified (both high and lower tier) and quality available.  In the rare case of products not meeting your needs, we will work with you to resolve any issue to the satisfaction of both parties.
The terms and conditions listed here and in any other official communication constitute the contract between myspareparts and the customer for the provision of products. Customers who buy our products are assumed to agree with the full terms and conditions when buying our products. While all care is given, any errors or omissions in the product listing and description are unintentional.

If for any reason you’ve changed your mind following purchase, we’re happy to work with you to return the item. To qualify for this offer, it is important to follow the guidelines below:

• We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. The item must then be returned within 7 days following this notification (see Returning Items*).
• The item must be returned in original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf)
• The item/s are notopened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them back
• That you do not stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. You may be required to wrap the item and attach labels to the outer packaging.
• The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us in original and re-saleable condition.
• If the item has sustained damage in transit, or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required.

Myspareparts offers a 3-months warranty on most of our mechanical parts used by private customers from the date of purchase. To be absolutely clear, we don’t provide warranty on parts used on commercial vehicles at any level. All conditions below are based upon the product being faulty and/or not performing as described. If your item arrived damaged or not as described, please refer to the Policy.
The warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, natural disaster or act of God or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.
Bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
